The idea of establishing service company within groups  of Obaikan Holding Company is created due  to the needs of governmental or national firms for operation and maintenance services according to the latest technological innovation of equipment and tools as well as providing service for the private projects that are  affiliated to the same group  . Thus , the Holding Company took the decision to launch service company that made its name from the first initials of the service activities that are provided for the firms and contribute in its prosperity and development .
